From Making to Baking, let's bring the wonders of food through our own hands kampung-style! Be guided by Allan Teoh, an experienced baker, to create tasty morsels of shortbread that melts in your mouth.
We will provide you with ingredients, equipment and baking utensils:
- Flour
- Sugar
- Butter
- Measuring spoons
- Mixing bowls and cups
- Weighing machine
- Apron
- Baking tray
- Sieves
- Wooden spoon
You simply need to bring your own containers or tupperwares!

Allan Teoh has published books on baking and his first book, AllanBakes - Really Good Cakes, clinched the Best Desserts Cookbook award for Singapore under the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards 2011. He was also the mentor to the winner and runner up of the second season of Junior Masterchef Australia series when the contestants visited Singapore for a cooking demonstration in 2012. Allan was also voted as one of the 2009 Heavenly Kings for his Cheesecake by mobile users, organised by Lianhe Wanbao, Omy and Rednano. He has been teaching since January 2012.
